i have winrar and extract the archives but i don´t saw the iso for play on dolphin...
how i make the iso?

How do I install the files gokaired.dff and gokaiger.txd?
For skin must install cleo 3 or 4. Then download skin selector from here http://hotmist.ddo.jp/cleomod/skin/index.html
There will be skin.img. Open the img with any tool and put it in there.
